We document the work we do, and we do not promise what we cannot document. Here is what the Activity Report is — and what it is not.

Activity Report

Every Job On Record

We issue an Activity Report for every site where seed balls are released. It contains:

    Site and location

    The Project Site where the work took place, with its province and district.

  2. 02

    Area

    The size of the area worked on, in hectares.

  3. 03

    Species and seed source

    The species released on the site and where the seed was sourced.

  4. 04

    Date and flight log

    The date of the release and the records of the drone flights.

  5. 05

    Coordinates

    The coordinates of the area where the seed balls were released.

  6. 06

    Footage and monitoring

    Drone footage taken during the work and in the monitoring period, plus the annual monitoring results.

What the Report Is For — and What It Is Not

How you can use it

  • As supporting evidence in the nature, biodiversity and social-contribution sections of your sustainability report
  • As a concrete record of the work in your internal and external communications
  • As the basis for the Certificates of Participation you share with employees and stakeholders
  • To follow how the site develops over the years

What it is not

  • It is not a carbon credit or a carbon-neutral certificate
  • It cannot be deducted from your greenhouse gas inventory or used for offsetting
  • It is not a donation receipt and provides no tax deduction
  • It does not guarantee germination or a number of trees; the path from seed to tree takes years and depends on natural conditions
Our approach

Why We Are Careful About Carbon

Forests store carbon — but stating how much carbon a given piece of work has stored requires years of measurement and independent verification. Carbon uptake on our sites has not been calculated and verified by an independent body to date. That is why we give no figures and make no claims such as carbon neutrality.

    A corporate greenhouse gas inventory covers the organisation's own operational boundary; forest work carried out by a third party cannot be deducted from it.

    Carbon credits are generated at project level, through a registered project, independent validation and periodic measurement. A single order does not produce credits.

    If an independent verification is carried out, we will publish its scope, method and results on this page.

FAQ

Carbon and Report Questions

Can I obtain a carbon report or carbon credits through this work?
No. The document we provide is an Activity Report: it records the site, area, species, date, coordinates and footage of the work. It is not a carbon credit or a carbon-neutral certificate; it cannot be deducted from your greenhouse gas inventory or used for offsetting.
How do I use the Activity Report in my sustainability report?
You can include it as evidence of the work you supported under nature, biodiversity and social contribution. Do not report it as an emission reduction or removal; such statements require verified carbon credits.
Can I take part as an individual?
Yes. You can choose a Project Site and have seed balls released there. After the release you receive your Certificate of Participation by email, and on the agreed monitoring schedule the footage of the work.
Will there be a carbon verification in the future?
That is a process requiring project-level registration and long-term measurement. If such a step is taken we will share its scope, method and results here openly; until then we make no statement about carbon quantities.
